How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 2–3 weeks before your event, especially during peak season (May–October). Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible — just call us.

What if it rains on my outdoor event?

We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events. If weather forces a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you on rescheduling.

Question 3

Do I need to clean the equipment?

Accepted Answer

No. Just gather the equipment in a single location for pickup. We handle all cleaning and sanitizing between rentals.

Question 4

What’s included in the delivery fee?

Accepted Answer

Delivery pricing covers round-trip travel, warehouse loading, truck unload/reload, and curbside or entrance drop-off and pickup. Carry-in placement, setup, teardown, stairs, elevators, and long-carry routes are priced separately when needed. Check our delivery zones page for your area and quote details.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to request an extension. Added rental time is quoted separately based on the equipment and event schedule.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

14+ days before the event: refund minus the non-refundable deposit. 7–14 days: 50% refund of total paid. Under 7 days: no refund.
