What if it rains on my outdoor event?

We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events. If weather forces a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll work with you on rescheduling.

Do I need to clean the equipment?

No. Just gather the equipment in a single location for pickup. We handle all cleaning and sanitizing between rentals.

What’s included in the delivery fee?

Delivery fees cover drop-off, setup at your venue, and pickup after your event. Fees vary by delivery zone. Check our delivery zones page for your area’s pricing.

Question 5

Can I extend my rental period?

Accepted Answer

Yes, subject to availability. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup to request an extension. Additional days are billed at the daily rate.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

14+ days before the event: refund minus the non-refundable deposit. 7–14 days: 50% refund of total paid. Under 7 days: no refund.
