Delivery zones

1. Zone-based travel

Each ZIP maps to a delivery zone with a base round-trip travel fee. Zone 1 travel may be waived for qualifying local orders.

2. Loading & curbside handling

Delivery also includes warehouse loading, truck unloading, curbside or entrance drop-off, pickup, and return handling. Larger equipment counts naturally require more labor.

3. Extra crew for large loads

Very large equipment counts can require additional crew beyond the standard delivery team. If that applies, it is quoted upfront as a separate crew-support line based on load size and service complexity.

4. Guaranteed windows and after-hours

Morning, afternoon, evening, and after-hours delivery windows are priced separately from standard routed delivery. Weekend routes can add a premium on guaranteed windows. Current weekday windows start at $65, and after-hours starts at $95.

5. Extra on-site labor

Placement beyond the entrance, setup, teardown, stairs, elevators, long carries, and wait time are separate charges so there are no delivery-day surprises. If the crew is blocked from the drop zone or the site is not ready when we arrive, day-of escalation charges can be added starting at $45.
